Recruiter
Integrity Marketing Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join their finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates using platforms such as social media, job boards, and internal channels
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers
- Utilize ATS systems like Workday, iCIMS, Taleo, or PeopleSoft to track applicant flow and maintain accurate candidate records
- Engage in campus recruitment initiatives and build relationships with educational institutions to attract emerging talent
- Conduct talent management activities such as succession planning, employee orientation, and employee evaluation processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans
- Negotiate employment contracts and terms of employment ensuring compliance with employment & labor law
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through cold calling, lead generation, research, and relationship management
- Manage internal recruiting efforts using platforms like HRIS systems (UltiPro, Kronos, ADP) and leverage tools such as Salesforce for candidate engagement
- Support training & development initiatives related to recruiting processes and HR best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process
Skills
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, campus recruitment, or HR sourcing
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective relationship management
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure legal compliance in all hiring activities
- Ability to conduct interviews effectively and evaluate candidate qualifications accurately
- Demonstrated ability in sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation to build talent pools
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; experience with HRIS platforms like UltiPro or Kronos is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is highly desirable
