What You’ll Do

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes with increasing ownership

    Screen and assess candidates beyond resumes — evaluate behavior, thinking ability, and long-term fit

    Identify red flags, strengths, and performance indicators

    Coordinate interviews and maintain strong candidate experience

    Use recruitment systems, Google Workspace, and AI tools efficiently

    Maintain highly organized, accurate hiring records

    Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies and hiring workflows

    Over time, you will be trained to think like a strategic Talent Acquisition partner — not just an HR assistant.



    Requirements

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business, or related field)

      Early-career or fresh graduate with strong academic or leadership track record

      Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

      Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools and AI

      Clear, professional written and verbal communication

      Highly reliable, responsive, and accountable

      Detail-oriented with strong follow-through

      Open to feedback and serious about long-term career growth

      We value intelligence, initiative, work ethic, and learning agility more than years of experience.

      This role is best suited for someone who wants to grow into a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist within the next 1–2 years.

      Work Schedule

      • Full-time remote role

        Night shift (aligned with international clients)

        Stable internet and dedicated workspace required

        Must be comfortable working independently in a remote setup
