About the Role

We are looking for a motivated
Recruiter Intern
to join our team and support talent sourcing and candidate outreach.

This is a
fully remote, commission-based role
, ideal for students or early-career professionals interested in recruiting, sales, or HR.

What You’ll Do
• Source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Conduct initial outreach and screening conversations
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Support recruiting processes across various roles (Tech, Engineering, etc.)
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines

What We’re Looking For
• Fluent in
Chinese (Mandarin) and English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Interest in recruiting, HR, or sales
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative

Compensation
