If you thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment, are tech savvy, and enjoy high-volume interviewing, we’d love to hear from you!</p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Pay Rate</strong>: $22/hr</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Location</strong>: </span>Remote – from your US-based home in the Eastern or Central time zone, in a dedicated, distraction-free workspace</p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Job Duration:</strong> February 2026 – April 2026</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Work Schedule</strong>: Monday – Friday, 20–40 hours per week set schedule, day hours</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Assessment Required:  </strong>Yes, you will complete the Test Scorer writing assessment to evaluate your English proficiency and understand the candidate process.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>Interview & Evaluate Candidates:</strong><span>  </span>Conduct one-to-one video interviews, evaluate applicants’ qualifications and make hiring decisions</p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><strong>Foster a Positive Candidate Experience:</strong><span><strong>  </strong></span>A<span>ct as primary point of contact, respond to questions, provide timely information and coordination throughout the recruiting process</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Utilize Multiple Systems and Tools: </strong>Work with HR and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace,</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Collaborate with Recruiting Team</strong>: Work closely with your virtual team using a variety of digital communication tools and systems, provide updates and process improvement ideas</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Essential Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><strong>Education:</strong> Minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience</p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><strong>Work Experience:</strong> 1 year experience in HR or other customer-focused work</p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span><strong>Technical Aptitude:</strong> Strong computer skills, with practical hands-on experience navigating multiple systems and screens efficiently</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><strong>Results-Driven: </strong><span>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment while demonstrating analytical skills, learning & applying new processes quickly, strong attention to detail, critical thinking, organized, prioritization of tasks, and problem solving.</span></p></li><li><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><strong>Self-motivated & Engaged:</strong> Driven to succeed independently, with a moderate level of supervision, while presenting yourself and the company in a positive, professional manner.</p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Join a company where your contributions help shape the future—because at DRC, we're hiring people to do meaningful work that impacts student success!</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><em>DRC is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
