About the Opportunity
Transformational Health Network (TrHN) is expanding and seeking Canada-based Physician Recruiters, Nursing Recruiters, and Business Development professionals to support our growing U.S. healthcare staffing operations.
This is a fully remote, commission-driven role offering direct access to active U.S. healthcare client needs across high-demand specialties.
What You’ll Do
Manage full-cycle recruitment for U.S.-based healthcare roles
Recruit for:
Physicians (Psychiatry, Hospital Medicine, Anesthesiology, Surgery)
Advanced Practice Providers (NPs, PAs)
Nursing roles (RNs, specialty and hospital-based positions)
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and healthcare clients
Support business development efforts with U.S. hospitals and healthcare systems
Manage high-volume and/or high-value requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Deliver talent solutions for urgent and ongoing staffing needs
What We’re Looking For
Experience recruiting physicians, APPs, or nurses (preferred)
Background in U.S. healthcare staffing or business development
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously
Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment
Requirements
Must reside in Canada
Ability to complete a W-8BEN form
Access to receive U.S.-based payments (USD)
Self-motivated with strong organizational and communication skills
