Job Summary
Lead a team of recruiters responsible for sourcing, screening, and submitting qualified candidates for high-volume requisitions across multiple clients and industries
Screen and qualify resumes as needed to ensure submission quality and fill rate alignment
Set daily and weekly expectations with recruiters based on open volume, client urgency, and priority roles
Monitor and drive recruiter productivity, ensuring adherence to performance metrics, submission targets, and fill ratios set by senior leadership
Track and report on individual and team performance; provide coaching, feedback, and corrective action where needed
Serve as a key delivery point of contact for account managers, client partners, and other internal stakeholders
Participate in intake calls and workforce planning sessions to ensure alignment on hiring goals, job profiles, and delivery timelines
Respond to volume spikes and urgent requests by reallocating resources and communicating capacity or risk across accounts
Ensure recruiter compliance with internal processes, documentation standards, and VMS/ATS protocols
Support recruiter onboarding, training, and ongoing development in partnership with Enablement and TA leadership
Identify and escalate delivery risks proactively; partner with leadership to implement resolution plans
Contribute to operational improvements, automation efforts, and continuous process enhancement
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in staffing or recruiting, with at least 2 years in a team leadership or management capacity
Strong understanding of recruiting best practices across W2, C2C, and 1099 engagements
Demonstrated experience coaching recruiters, driving performance, and meeting SLAs in a high-volume environment
Excellent screening, sourcing, and resume evaluation skills
Strong organizational, reporting, and communication abilities; comfort working with CRM/ATS and VMS tools
Experience collaborating with account managers, delivery leaders, and external stakeholders
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and respond effectively to shifting business needs
Data-driven mindset with a focus on execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
Prior experience in staffing agency or MSP delivery environments preferred
