Location: Remote

Reports To: Senior HR Manager, Adjuvant Behavioral Health

Adjuvant provides oncology-specific behavioral telehealth—therapy and medication management—to cancer patients, survivors, and caregivers nationwide. We are the missing piece in oncology treatment: when mental wellness improves, treatment outcomes improve. 

Role Description:

The Recruiting Specialist is one of Adjuvant Behavioral Health’s key People roles. This role is responsible for building and executing the Recruiting strategy which will accelerate Adjuvant’s growth across the US. Through an ambitious, metric-driven and respectful style, the Recruiting Specialist will be guided by Adjuvant’s company objectives in all responsibilities, which include – 

Primary Responsibilities:

Build and Implement the recruiting strategy for Adjuvant’s ambitious growth expansion across the US, focused on Clinical roles (Licensed Therapists), Medical team roles (APPs), CoCM roles (Care Manager), and Business Development roles 

Achieve successful quarterly hiring goals while ensuring positive candidate experience, by building strong candidate pipeline and overseeing interview strategy

Oversee all ABH candidate and hiring systems, including Bamboo, GSuite and AMD, ensuring that all our People systems are aligned and highly functional

Lead ABH’s external brand and marketing strategy, including website management, social media and event strategy

Partner with HR Manager to lead Onboarding of new employees and contractors, and Offboarding of exiting employees

Continually ensure our offers are competitive and top tier against the market

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

5+ years experience in Recruiting experience across industries, distributed locations, and across levels of seniority, ideally with experience in the Healthcare industry

Track record of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact; self-directed and detail-oriented with a burning desire to contribute to the organization's reputation and success

Experience in scaling recruiting processes, such as interviewing and candidate evaluation

Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy

Able to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently

Able to take initiative and build effective, productive relationships while consistently and positively contributing in a dynamic working environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $90,000
