About the role
We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to drive commercial success across our GaN and SiC portfolio.
In this role, you will define and execute regional marketing and pricing strategies, working closely with customers, distribution partners, and internal teams to maximise revenue, ASP, and market share.
You will play a key role in identifying and capturing growth opportunities in fast-evolving wide bandgap markets, balancing short-term performance with long-term strategic growth.

What you will do
Develop and execute a regional business development plan focused on GaN and SiC opportunities, including TAM/SAM/QSAM and application trends

Engage directly with OEMs, customers, and distribution partners to grow share of wallet and strengthen Nexperia’s market position

Own and implement regional pricing strategy, including quoting, negotiations, and margin optimisation

Lead and manage RFQs and commercial negotiations with end customers and partners

Define and execute sales channel strategies, including pricing structures, incentive programmes, and contract conditions

Identify and capture new business opportunities through marketing lead generation and conversion

Collaborate with Sales to convert leads into revenue, ensuring strong pipeline management

Collect and analyse market intelligence and pricing benchmarks to support business growth decisions

Drive adoption of wide bandgap technologies by aligning value propositions with customer application needs

What you will bring
Strong background in marketing, business development, and pricing strategy

Preferably experience in semiconductors, power electronics, or wide bandgap technologies (GaN / SiC)

Good understanding of global semiconductor markets, supply chains, and customer ecosystems

Experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Spotfire)

Strong ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies

Excellent negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skills

Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving approach

Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and entrepreneurial

Strong communication and storytelling skills for both technical and commercial audiences

Customer-focused with the ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving markets

Collaborative and effective in global, cross-functional environments

Your profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree r equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Economics

Experience in marketing, sales, or business analysis, ideally within semiconductors or B2B technology markets

Exposure to power electronics or wide bandgap markets (GaN / SiC) is highly desirable

Proven track record in commercial growth, pricing, and customer engagement
