Regional Sales Executive
As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a key role in growing revenue at myKaarma, increasing market share, and expanding revenue with current myKaarma customers. You will be responsible for driving sales in your assigned territory, and you will also collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Team, the Installation/Implementation Team, and Sales Operations to achieve sales goals and company objectives. This role offers the chance to work with a talented team and develop expertise in the evolving, competitive fixed-operations automotive SaaS space.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to sell myKaarma solutions to automotive dealerships and franchises.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing deals, with a 30-day average cycle time.
- Build strong relationships with General Managers, Fixed Operations Directors, and Parts/Service Managers.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline by leveraging an established network of industry contacts and prospecting new clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, both online and in-person, showcasing the value of myKaarma’s solutions.
- Document all sales activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously refine sales processes and strategies.
- Partner with the Inside Sales partner to work together to build and execute a territory business plan
- Travel within the territory is required approximately 75% of the time.
- Territory includes the aforementioned Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, West Virginia and Kentucky.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience selling SaaS into a dealership, preferably fixed operations.
- Strong ability to prospect, build a sales pipeline, and present and close deals effectively.
- High energy, self-motivation, and ability to work independently in a remote role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- A hunter mentality, creativity, and problem-solving skills to uncover new sales opportunities.
- Integrity, trustworthiness, and a customer-first mindset.
- An established network of dealership industry contacts is highly desirable.
- Experience selling SaaS products in the franchise automotive industry.
- Experience working in a dealership.
- Knowledge of Toyota Production System principles, including "Genchi Genbutsu."
- Experience working with large dealer groups and multi-state territories.
