Relationship Manager – Outside Sales Representative

Location: Metro Detroit

Compensation: $65,000–$85,000 (base + commission + bonuses)

If you’ve worked as a Realtor, loan officer, title rep, builder partner, or vendor serving agents and you already have relationships in the market, you’ll ramp quickly here.

This is a relationship-driven growth role with room for creativity.
You’ll be out in the market building trust, creating visibility, and generating referrals through a mix of in-person connection, thoughtful outreach, and smart follow-up.

At Grand Home Inspection, we’re looking for a Relationship Manager to be the face of our brand in Metro Detroit. This is a relationship-first, trust-driven role for someone who understands the real estate ecosystem and knows how to create momentum through connection, consistency, and creativity.

This Role Is Local
• Focused on Metro Detroit
• In-person relationship building (this is not a desk job)
• Office visits, events, CE classes, and agent education
• Strong market familiarity = faster momentum and results

What You’ll Do
• Build and deepen relationships with real estate agents and industry partners across Metro Detroit
• Drive referral-based inspection business through consistent, high-trust presence
• Represent Grand Home Inspection at agent offices, events, CE classes, and industry gatherings
• Think creatively about how to show up, add value, and stay top-of-mind with agents
• Collaborate on marketing ideas, sponsorships, and outreach strategies
• Track activity and insights in our CRM and share learnings with leadership
• Participate in weekly meetings and cross-team collaboration

• Has real estate industry experience and familiarity with the Metro Detroit market
