Relationship Officer.CoE Pakistan - DBC - General Insurance.Retail Banking Group-PAKCOE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented relationship officer to help us retain our core customer base and bring new business in General Insurance, to join our dynamic team. The responsibilities include: 

Check and qualify leads received from all channels (Dialer/CRM, Email/ Digital drop) and work accordingly.

Use Dialer and make maximum number of calls in a day to create new leads and farming.

Dialer calls, staff is required to register a case in CRM and email / digital cases are assigned to them in CRM.

Negotiating with customers to renew the insurance.

Work collaboratively to make sure the retention activities are completed on time.

Building positive relationships with customers and other teams 

Advanced interpersonal skills & ability to resolve customer queries regarding general insurance.

Communicating with customers and support staff 

The ideal candidate will have General insurance background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of generating new business and managing renewals.
