Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely execution of title workflows to meet state service-level agreements for GMF and GM remarketed inventory
  • Maintain high-quality documentation of follow-ups and system updates
  • Partner with vendors, dealers, and internal teams to resolve title-related delays and issues
  • Research and resolve aging, exceptions, and escalated accounts; escalate to leadership when necessary
  • Complete and submit auction title paperwork accurately and on time, adhering to state, federal, and company regulations
  • Audit auctions daily to ensure compliance with title processes and company policies
  • Make cost-effective decisions for document shipping and ensure title fees are entered correctly in systems
  • Support leadership strategies, projects, and initiatives while troubleshooting system defects and workflow delays

Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of lien processes, auto finance, and compliance with state and federal guidelines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and technology systems such as Remarketing Solutions System and AutoIMS
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and multi-task in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
  • Expert critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, including financial impact analysis
  • Skilled in researching complex issues across multiple systems and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data
  • Proven reliability, dependability, and ownership in completing responsibilities
  • Ability to thrive in team settings while exercising independent judgment and cost-effective decision-making
  • 0-2 years In a title processing or lien perfection role
