[Remote] 2026 University Hire (U.S.) - Nuclear Engineer

The Nuclear Engineer role is an entry-level position focused on developing professional knowledge through engineering calculations and understanding regulatory requirements for nuclear facilities.
Responsibilities
- Developing the calculations associated with nuclear facilities
- Understanding the regulatory requirements and processes for nuclear facilities
- Coordinating the development and presentation of materials for meetings with regulators
- Providing direct support to other engineering disciplines for nuclear related matters
- Preparing calculations to determine radiation protection requirements
- Analyzing facility hazards and developing the system safety basis
Skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from an accredited college or university within the past twelve (12) months or upcoming twelve (12) months
- Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project jobsites
- Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the US without visa sponsorship, now or in the future
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from an accredited college or university within the past twelve (12) months or upcoming twelve (12) months
- Prior co-op or internship experience
- Completed relevant coursework with a strong GPA
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
