[Remote] Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you will support the management of partnership assets across a global sponsorship portfolio and take ownership of ticketing assets and processes, ensuring that all contractual assets meet client business objectives.
Responsibilities
- You'll serve as the primary point of contact for ticketing-related inquiries and processes. You’ll drive the seamless management of ticketing assets, from allocation and approvals through final fulfillment
- At the heart of your work lies partnership activation: you'll support the management partnership assets across the full marketing spectrum, from brand activations and social media campaigns to advertising placements, hospitality experiences, and employee engagement initiatives. From coordinating intimate business meetings and stadium tours to managing speaking engagements, you'll handle the logistics that turn partnership possibilities into memorable experiences
- Your organizational skills will keep all moving pieces aligned through account administration: managing agendas, crafting insightful reports and recaps, maintaining real-time status trackers, monitoring activation progress, and delivering compelling program analysis. You'll build and present impactful PowerPoint presentations that captivate clients and showcase results
- You are comfortable collaborating with multiple internal teams and external partners to deliver unforgettable experiences. You can build strong working relationships with clients, partner agencies, and internal teams to collaborate on the development and execution of client programs
- You communicate clearly and concisely. You have experience presenting decks and writing communications on the team’s behalf
- You anticipate the needs of clients and internal partners and take ownership of addressing them. You also maintain a thorough working knowledge of the sports and entertainment industries
