[Remote] Account Executive

Superhuman AI is a rapidly growing media business that focuses on providing high-signal insights to decision-makers in the tech industry. They are seeking an Associate Account Executive who will be responsible for selling ad inventory for their newsletters, generating leads, and managing agency relationships in a fast-paced outbound sales environment.
Responsibilities
- Sell ad inventory for the Superhuman AI newsletter
- Create sales funnels to sell the ad inventory
- Generate sponsorship leads for the ad inventory
- Learn to navigate agency-led relationships
- Convert leads and generate payments from the sponsors
- Report to the team on performance and key metrics set by the team
- Answer questions the team has about the sales process and sponsors it brought
- Attend one to two 30 minute calls each week to discuss performance and tasks
- Handle any sales related tasks that are not covered in the list above
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales or agency-facing relationship roles is required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Coachable mindset with a strong desire to learn and improve
- Collaborative approach, where you work closely with the Account Management team and leadership as well
- Familiarity with sales tools like Pipedrive, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or Smartleads is a plus
- Interest in tech, AI or developer/coding space strongly preferred
