As an Inside Account Executive, you will build and maintain client relationships, implement sales strategies, and collaborate with teams to drive educational solutions.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Successfully implementing sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure the flawless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to determine potential opportunities for growth
- Providing outstanding customer service and support to address client queries and concerns
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system
Skills
- A proven track record in sales, preferably within the education or technology sectors
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and an attitude geared towards achieving outcomes
- The ability to work independently and as part of an ambitious team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience
