[Remote] Account Manager, Brand
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Flipp is a company that partners with major retailers and brands to enhance shopping experiences through local promotions. The Account Manager, Brand role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with consumer packaged goods (CPG) clients, overseeing campaign performance, and facilitating communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Own all communication to build strong relationships with CPG advertisers on ongoing campaigns , and oversee internal communication on projects for CPG partners
- Prep/Lead internal and sometimes external meetings where topics are well defined (i.e. weekly status calls, campaign kickoffs)
- Build decks for monthly/quarterly reviews & ad hoc performance analyses – own external communication of performance metrics and reporting
- Support AE with driving the CPG account strategy
- Oversee day-to-day analytics/reporting, effectively turning data into actionable insights for CPG partners
- Book, monitor, and report on Flipp distribution budget with CPG
- Quarterback on execution of all internal aspects of CPG media campaigns – working cross-functionally with Analytics, Creative, Operations, Finance, etc. to effectively kickoff and execute on advertiser requests
- Own project from conception to completion with support from AE/AD
- Simplify & share depth of knowledge of both account-specific and Flipp-specific topics in order to communicate how Flipp has delivered value for the CPG
- Best-practice sharing to effectively use case studies / key wins to gain alignment on future projects with CPGer partners
Skills
- 1+ year working in relevant industry/position (i.e. CPG sales, Media sales, Retail Media, Ad Tech, Media Agency)
- 1-2 years of sales experience within relevant advertising technology, Retail or CPG industry
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (i.e. digital media agency or news media company)
- Project / process management experience, analytical skills and problem solving
