[Remote] Appointment Setter

They are seeking highly self-motivated Appointment Setters to originate off-market acquisition targets through cold calling business owners and to schedule qualified acquisition discussions with the Principal.

Responsibilities

• Cold call business owners to originate off-market acquisition opportunities
• Work skip-traced owner lists and maintain disciplined outbound activity
• Qualify owners based on business size and motivation to sell
• Schedule acquisition discussions directly on leadership calendars
• Follow up with owners to advance conversations
• Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes

Skills

• Prior experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or deal origination
• Thick skin and consistency with high volume outbound calling
• Clear communication skills and professional phone presence
• Strong organization and CRM discipline
