[Remote] Associate Account Executive, Growth
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BILL is a rapidly growing Fintech company that empowers businesses by replacing outdated financial processes with innovative tools. The Associate Account Executive, Growth will drive customer success and support sales efforts in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- A sales hunter with a history of driving customer success
- 1-2+ years of experience in Software/SaaS or Financial Tech sales with a successful track record of consistent quota achievement
- Previous experience working with CPAs, Accounting firms, bookkeepers, banking, wealth management and professional service verticals is a plus
- Proven consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise Return on Investment value presentation
- Ability to work in a virtual home office
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Handling multiple tasks, accounts, products
- Tech savvy - awareness and experience using SaaS applications and translating technical features into business concepts
- Forecast accuracy - maintain account and opportunity information within our internal CRM systems
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self-starting individual. Persistence and tenacity is key for success in this role
- Organized, ability to multitask, and strong time-management skills

Skills
