The role involves providing legal representation for clients and managing a docket of personal injury cases while delivering outstanding client service skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing their docket of personal injury cases
- Filing lawsuits
- Conducting depositions
- Draft and answer discovery
- Prepare clients for depositions, mediations, motion hearings, and trials
- Evaluating claims by working with claims representatives
- Working in a team environment with paralegals and legal secretaries to propound written discovery requests and responses, order and summarize records, coordinate depositions, obtain experts and prepare for depositions and trials
Skills
- Licensed to practice in Texas
- Graduated from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas
- 1-3 years of pre-litigation experience
- Ability to provide legal representation

- Experience evaluating claims by working with claims representatives

- 1-3 years of personal injury litigation experience
