They are seeking a motivated B2B Sales Executive to find new business opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and close deals while building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential business clients
  • Understand client needs and pitch suitable solutions
  • Schedule and conduct sales meetings and product demos
  • Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and follow-ups
  • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Maintain CRM with updated client and lead details
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
  • Build strong relationships for repeat business

Skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence in talking to business owners and managers
  • Basic understanding of sales process and negotiation
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools
  • Freshers with strong interest in sales can apply
  • Candidate must have their own laptop and smartphone
  • Stable internet connection is required
  • Graduation in any field (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus)
  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, services, or agency sales is an advantage
