Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fundraise Up is a global fundraising platform focused on making donations to nonprofits seamless and accessible. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (Enterprise) to drive outbound efforts into major nonprofit organizations, utilizing strategic account-based outreach and collaboration with various teams to build a successful pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own your territory: Develop and execute account-based strategies across the enterprise nonprofit segment, prioritizing organizations with the highest partnership potential
- Hit and forecast your numbers: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for dials, connections, and qualified opportunities, and understand the data behind your performance to forecast pipeline and pacing accurately
- Drive personalization at scale: Partner in crafting multi-channel, persona-based cadences across email, phone, and social that reflect each organization’s mission, goals, and donor experience
- Partner deeply with AEs: Co-develop territory plans, align on account strategy, and ensure seamless handoffs that set opportunities up for success. You will be working very closely with Account Executives building a pipeline that truly converts
- Multi-thread effectively: Engage multiple stakeholders across development, marketing, and operations to build consensus and accelerate conversations. From Executive leadership to influential champions - you know how to work an account and get the appropriate stakeholders on the meeting
- Research relentlessly: Dive into each organization’s mission, giving trends, and tech stack to tailor outreach that feels relevant and insightful. Understand their growth goals, program focuses, challenges and priorities
- Prospect with precision: Identify key triggers, behavioral and intent signalling, new campaigns, and leadership changes that cue opportunity and time outreach accordingly
- Represent Fundraise Up: Attend events and webinars to connect with nonprofit leaders, expand your network, and generate qualified pipeline
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS or nonprofit fundraising/development, with a track record of driving meaningful results
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders (VP and C-level) and navigating complex organizations
- Strong account mapping and research skills - you know how to identify key players, build multi-threaded relationships, and design coordinated outreach strategies
- Curiosity and empathy for the nonprofit sector - whether through direct work, partnership, or personal passion for the tech-for-good space
- Comfort using data to manage your pipeline, forecast outcomes, and measure progress toward goals
- Familiarity with modern sales tools such as Salesloft, Orum, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce (or similar platforms)
