Core Responsibilities
Communicate with clients and respond to inquiries professionally
Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings
Present products, benefits, and coverage options clearly and accurately
Assist clients with completing applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate records and follow-up communications
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team development activities
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Customer service, sales, hospitality, healthcare, or leadership experience is a plus but not required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
