We are looking for a detail-oriented, caring, and reliable bilingual professional to join our remote patient support team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, helping them navigate their care journey from scheduling appointments to receiving follow-up guidance after their visits.
This is a fully remote, full-time position open to candidates based in Mexico. If you genuinely enjoy helping people, communicate clearly in both English and Spanish, and thrive in a structured remote environment, we would love to hear from you. Paid training starts June 8, 2026.

What You Will Do
Respond to patient inquiries through inbound and outbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and web chats
Schedule patient appointments and manage changes or cancellations
Provide patients with clear pre-appointment and post-appointment instructions
Follow up with patients as needed to ensure they have the information they need
Support clinic operations with coordination and administrative tasks
Maintain accurate records of all patient interactions
Handle multiple communication channels at the same time while keeping a calm, professional tone throughout

Schedule and Compensation
$5.50 USD per hour
Paid weekly
40-hours per week
Training start date: June 8, 2026
Training duration: 4 weeks

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, patient support, or a similar client-facing role
Proven experience working in a fully remote role
Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity
Comfortable learning and navigating multiple software tools and platforms
A stable internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
A patient, empathetic, and professional communication style at all times
Currently residing in Mexico

Equipment
We will provide a laptop; however, to be considered for this role, you must have an additional screen, a headset, and a stable, wired internet connection.
