[Remote] Bilingual Sales/Customer Service Representative ($21/hr + Commission) - Remote
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prime Group Holdings, LLC is a leading private equity real estate firm specializing in self-storage and alternative real estate assets. They are seeking a Bilingual Sales/Customer Service Representative who will deliver outstanding customer service to potential and existing customers, handling inquiries and providing information about storage facilities and campgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Professionally handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach
- Perform any tasks as assigned by management
- Ensure clear and timely communication with customers regarding property matters
- Handle inbound calls from tenants/customers and potential tenants/customers promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer emails or voicemails
- Generate daily revenue reports in Excel
- Maintain and troubleshoot communication equipment, reporting any issues promptly

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet expectations accurately
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently
- Demonstrate critical thinking in managing difficult customer situations and soliciting feedback for improvement
- Must be able to work between the hours of 7:00AM - 10:00PM
- Must be available to work one weekend day per week
- Bilingual Required
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Spanish (Required)
- Background in sales, particularly phone sales, is preferred
