Remote Bookkeeper (QBO) - $25/hr + Monthly Bonuses

We are a process-driven, performance-based firm focused on clean, accurate financials and strong internal accountability.

Responsibilities
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Maintain and review QuickBooks Online files
• Identify and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain organized documentation
• Communicate proactively and meet deadlines

Requirements
• 2+ years experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Strong reconciliation skills (this is critical)
• Experience managing multiple clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Reliable internet + dedicated workspace

Compensation

$25/hour (W2)

Monthly performance bonuses based on:
• Accuracy
• Timeliness
• Ownership
