[Remote] BuildShare Global Internship Program

Builderk is launching the BuildShare Global Internship Program, designed to transform international candidates into specialized roles within the AI-powered real estate development sector. This 3-month remote program offers structured training, mentorship, and real deliverables, culminating in a potential role as a Real Estate Development Associate.
Responsibilities
- AI market study generation and absorption analysis
- AI deal screening and investment memo drafting
- AI underwriting: pro formas, sensitivity tables, cash flow forecasting
- AI pre-construction: scope generation, CSI breakdown, scheduling
- AI-powered documentation systems (reports, decks, structured briefs)
- Application screening, English confirmation, skill test, agreement signing, access setup
- U.S. real estate lifecycle + BuildShare capital model (GP/LP, promote, tokenization) + offsite/modular ecosystem + AI workflows
- 10–20 hrs/week, real project deliverables, weekly reporting, mentorship reviews, KPI scorecards
- Portfolio submission + capstone presentation (Demo Day) + competency review → Associate graduation
Skills
- Eligible applicants must be from countries that participate in the U.S. Visa Waiver Program (ESTA eligible) or already hold a valid U.S. visa
- Ability to commit to a 3-month remote internship
- Willingness to engage in structured training and mentorship
- Availability to work 10-20 hours per week during the internship execution phase
- Financial assistance for U.S.-based online master's programs
- Guidance for interns who want to enroll in U.S.-based online master's programs
