[Remote] Business Development Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NIP Group is a rapidly growing insurance service provider offering specialty programs for commercial insurance brokers and carriers. They are seeking a Business Development Associate to identify and connect with broker accounts, driving new submissions that align with their underwriting goals.
Responsibilities
- Outreach & Engagement: Perform outbound sales through cold calls, lead follow-ups, and email campaigns
- Drive Submissions: Qualify opportunities with brokers based on underwriting strategies
- Relationship Building: Represent NIP Group with professionalism in every interaction, creating open and lasting dialogue
- Data Mastery: Log activities in Salesforce and maintain accurate records from lead generation efforts
- Exceed Goals: Consistently achieve monthly submission and binding targets
- Collaborate & Innovate: Support broader marketing and sales initiatives to enhance company impact
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Confidence and assertiveness in conversations with clients
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Exposure to corporate settings (internships or work experience)
- Salesforce/CRM familiarity
- Background in insurance or financial products
