The Business Development Representative will focus on generating qualified opportunities for Account Executives through high-volume prospecting and modern outbound strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Generate pipeline through high-volume outbound
  • Execute daily outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Consistently meet and exceed activity targets to generate new qualified meetings
  • Build targeted prospect lists and identify high-potential accounts in the live events ecosystem
  • Leverage modern AI tools to scale intelligent outreach
  • Use AI-driven tools to research prospects, personalize messaging, and optimize outreach sequences
  • Continuously experiment with new tools, workflows, and automation to increase efficiency and response rates
  • Bring new ideas and best practices to the team as outbound technology evolves
  • Qualify and convert interest into meetings
  • Engage prospects in thoughtful conversations to understand their current marketing stack and challenges
  • Identify opportunities where Hive’s platform can drive measurable impact
  • Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
  • Operate with ownership and autonomy
  • Manage your own pipeline generation strategy and activity rhythm
  • Track outreach and performance metrics with discipline in CRM
  • Take full accountability for your results and continuously improve your approach
  • Collaborate to improve our go-to-market engine
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Leadership to refine messaging and targeting
  • Share learnings from the front lines to improve outbound strategies and playbooks
  • Contribute to building a world-class outbound motion
