The Business Development Representative (BDR) will drive top-of-funnel activity by booking calls with qualified prospects, making high-volume cold calls, and collaborating with the growth team to refine outreach strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume cold calls daily to pre-qualified prospects to schedule intro calls with potential clients
  • Own the outreach process end-to-end, including script execution, objection handling, and call coordination with the Growth team
  • Use real-time research to identify meaningful angles that resonate with each prospect during calls
  • Collaborate with team members to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and outreach best practices
  • Participate in weekly reviews to track progress against meeting goals and improve performance

Skills

  • Confident, clear phone communicator: You enjoy being on the phone and know how to keep people engaged
  • High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Coachable, resilient, and eager to succeed in a performance-driven role
  • Prior experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or appointment setting is highly preferred
