[Remote] Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Forecasa is a fast-growing, early-stage analytics company serving the private real estate lending market. They are looking for an experienced outbound Business Development Representative to support a founder-led sales motion and help generate pipeline and forecast performance for their growing SaaS business.
Responsibilities
- Execute structured outbound across phone + email
- Use AI-powered sales tools to scale and personalize outreach
- Qualify prospects and generate 4–5 Sales-Qualified Opportunities (SQOs) per month
- Maintain clean CRM data in Salesforce
- Work closely with the CEO and sales team in a high-visibility role
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience as an outbound BDR
- Comfortable with daily cold calling
- Experience with net-new outbound prospecting
- AI-savvy and expect to use tools like AI email drafting, scheduling links, and Salesforce Cadences
- Value clear expectations and transparent compensation
- Sell on value and ROI, not just features
