The Business Solutions Consultant role focuses on building relationships with business owners through networking and in-person visits, providing insights into how Horizon Payments can help manage costs and improve efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Build Connections: Engage with business owners through networking, referrals, and outreach to create meaningful relationships
- Develop Trust: Conduct in-person visits to establish strong, long-term relationships with local businesses
- Provide Insights: Share information about Horizon Payments and how our solutions can help businesses manage costs and operate more efficiently
- Stay Organized: Track prospects, progress, and follow-ups using CRM tools to ensure clear communication and momentum
- Support Decision-Making: Help merchants move forward with a quote review while National Sales Managers (NSM) prepare and present quotes and are responsible for closing them
