What You'll Be Doing
• First and second-chair trial work with upcoming trials this Fall
• Advising employers on high-stakes HR matters, handbooks, and employment agreements
• Representing both defense and selective plaintiff clients in employment litigation
• Supporting executive separations, C-suite negotiations, and equity compensation matters

About You
• 5 to 8 years of labor and employment litigation experience from a well-established firm
• Must be a current California resident and active CA bar member
• Plaintiff-side experience is a meaningful differentiator here
• Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine interest in building a practice, not just billing hours
