[Remote] Case Manager, Incentive Programs

The Case Manager role focuses on managing air quality incentive programs, which assist consumers in replacing older vehicles with more environmentally friendly options.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive case management services including initial assessment, referral to services, outcome evaluation, and follow-up via phone and email
- Evaluate vehicle sales and dismantling documentation for accuracy, completeness, and program compliance
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Perform quality control checks related to program operations and claims processing
Skills
- Experience in case management, evaluation, analysis, and procedural compliance
- Strong communication, prioritization, customer service, time management, multitasking, risk management, and analytical skills
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
