Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings

Support client requests through coordination and follow-up

Maintain accurate records and track client details consistently

Organize task details to support timelines and service accuracy

Collaborate with team members and partners as needed

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older

Strong communication and organizational skills

Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Previous customer service or administrative experience a plus

Must reside in the United States
