Job Title : Remote Client Service Representative

Location : Remote

Salary : $8k - $14k monthly

Duties
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce to track interactions and manage accounts effectively.
• Analyze customer feedback and issues to identify trends and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and project management teams to enhance customer experience and address any concerns.

Experience
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Experience with project management principles is a plus.
