[Remote] Client Success Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kitchen Tune-Up Franchise System is a kitchen design and remodeling franchise dedicated to uplifting people's lives. They are seeking a Client Success Associate to engage with clients, follow up on leads, and present kitchen design solutions in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- 40% is work from home client followup and documentation
- 60% is in-home client appointments along with community engagement
- Follow up with customers and prepare proposals from home
- Meet with customers in their homes to assess needs and present kitchen design solutions
- Listen, learn, and present solutions to customers
- Build and revise quotes based on each customer's vision
Skills
- Replies within 24 hours
- Background in hospitality, retail, or any customer-facing role
- A natural with people, warm, professional, and coachable
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently from home
- No degree or sales experience required
- Must be local to the Flagstaff, AZ area
