Remote Clinical Social Worker - School Settings

Role Overview

Serene Paths Psychotherapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Clinical Social Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential mental health support to students in a school setting, helping them navigate personal challenges and fostering a positive environment for growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students.
• * Provide counseling and support to students facing emotional, behavioral, and social challenges.
• * Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive network for students.
• * Monitor and evaluate student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• * Engage in crisis intervention when necessary and provide resources and referrals for additional support.
• * Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and comply with confidentiality requirements.
• Required Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• * Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• * Experience working with children and adolescents in a school environment is preferred.
• * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
