<p><strong>Calling All Experienced Collectors!</strong></p>
<p>If you have at least <strong>2 years of recent collections experience</strong>, we want to talk to you!
We’re looking for driven professionals who are confident making outbound calls, skilled at building rapport, and motivated by achieving and exceeding their goals.</p>
<p> </p>
<p><strong>Pay:</strong> $17–$19/hr (based on experience) <strong>+ Monthly Commission Opportunities</strong> (top performers earn hundreds more each month!)</p>
<p><strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday–Friday only — <strong>No nights or weekends</strong>. After training, create a 40-hour schedule that fits your life (between 7:00 AM–8:00 PM).</p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Handle inbound and outbound calls to help consumers resolve delinquent accounts.</li>
<li>Negotiate payment solutions using ethical, consumer-friendly communication.</li>
<li>Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance goals.</li>
<li>Accurately update consumer account information.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>2+ years of debt collection experience</strong> (within the last 3 years preferred).</li>
<li>Must be <strong>18+ years old</strong>.</li>
<li>Comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and using multiple computer programs.</li>
<li>Independent problem solver with strong communication skills.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Workspace Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>A dedicated workspace, free from distractions, to maintain consumer privacy.</li>
<li>No dependent care responsibilities during work hours.</li>
<li>Ability to work seated at a computer with <strong>dual monitors and a headset</strong>.</li>
<li>Computer must be hardwired with <strong>reliable, high-speed internet</strong>.</li>
