<p>Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a qualified, experienced, and dedicated <b>California Trust Administration / Estate Planning Attorney</b>.<br></p>
<p>Remote work hours will vary, but are expected to be approximately <b>6–10 hours per week</b>.<br></p>
<h3><b>Attorney Responsibilities:</b><br></h3>
<ul>
<li>Draft and organize trust administration documents<br></li>
<li>Assist with execution of trust plans<br></li>
<li>Provide support on estate planning and probate administration matters<br></li>
<li>Review legal documents and ensure accuracy and compliance<br></li>
<li>Support attorneys with ongoing case management and workflow organization<br></li>
<li>Assist with general legal drafting and research as needed<br></li>
</ul>
<h3><b>Attorney Requirements:</b><br></h3>
<ul>
<li>Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of California<br></li>
<li>Strong experience in <b>trust administration (primary focus)</b><br></li>
<li>Experience with estate planning and probate administration (secondary)<br></li>
<li>Strong drafting and organizational skills<br></li>
<li>Ability to manage and support multiple matters efficiently<br></li>
<li>Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines<br></li>
<li>Self-starter who can work independently<br></li>
</ul>
<p>Our Attorney pay rate starts at $80/hour.<br></p>
