They are seeking a motivated part-time Copywriter to support the execution and optimization of client campaigns, focusing on crafting cold outreach campaigns and analyzing performance data to improve results.

Responsibilities

  • Write personable cold email and LinkedIn campaigns tailored to each client’s business, audience, and value proposition
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, offer, and market positioning
  • Work across multiple client accounts simultaneously, managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Make informed, data-backed decisions on when and how to adjust messaging
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with members across various operational teams
  • Stay up to date with outreach trends, testing new approaches and refining your understanding of what drives engagement across different industries

Skills

  • Experience in copywriting, marketing, or business-related roles
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and messaging across different industries and audiences
  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of how businesses operate and how value propositions differ across markets
  • Comfortable making subjective decisions based on both data and context
  • Fundamental understanding of how to use LLMs, Google Workspace (G-Suite), and CRM/PM platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with a team
  • A degree in writing, marketing, business, or a related field is not required but would be considered an asset
