Cost Accounting Manager (99% Remote)
Location: Remote (Monthly onsite required in Winona, MN)

What You'll Do Lead cost accounting processes including inventory, WIP, and product costing
Own key components of the month-end close, especially early close activities
Analyze variances and translate findings into actionable insights
Partner with operations to ensure accurate and timely financial data
Enhance ERP data and reporting (Navision/AS400 preferred)
Identify and implement process improvements across accounting workflows
What You Bring 5+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing or distribution
Strong understanding of inventory, WIP, and cost structures
Experience with ERP systems; Navision or AS400 preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
