**Job Responsibilities:**

As a remote customer care specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers from the comfort of your home. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Assisting customers with travel needs, such as booking, ticketing, check-in, and flight information.
* Supporting ground operations by assisting with aircraft loading, unloading, and baggage handling.
* Maintaining awareness of gate and stockroom areas, and assisting with aircraft marshalling and pushback.
* Reviewing and coordinating flight schedules, including seat assignments, catering, and updates.
* Performing gate and ramp duties, such as ticket verification, passenger assistance, and safety checks.
* Processing and securing passenger belongings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of customer service or hospitality experience.
* Valid driver's license.
* Ability to twist, stoop, squat, reach, and handle objects.
* Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute (WPM).
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English.
* Ability to obtain airport trusted status.
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
* Ability to learn and operate a computerized reservation system.
* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to adapt to performing duties as assigned.
* Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum age of 18.
* Authorized to work in the US.
