**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for:
* Handling incoming customer phone calls and providing exceptional service
* Updating client accounts and scheduling services for arenaflex technicians
* Providing detailed notes and dispatching updates to technicians
* Processing payments, refunds, and low-level escalations
* Upselling specials and promotions to customers
