What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls and be the friendly, positive voice customers look forward to hearing.
- ️ Troubleshoot tech issues, helping callers with basic equipment navigation and opening support tickets.
- Schedule appointments at designated locations.
- Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions.
- Make follow‑up calls to keep customers informed.
- Deliver friendly, fast, professional service every time.

What You Need
- Remote‑ready setup: Reliable high-speed internet, ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues, and a private workspace.
- Equipment: Computer and monitor provided by DVS, and USB‑wired headset provided by you.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus.
- Credentialing: Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process.
- Communication skills: Clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly.
- ⏰ Schedule: Training 9:00a - 4:30p - . Regular M-F 9:30a - 6:00p & Sat 8:00a - 12:00p Eastern Standard Time
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus!
