Remote Customer Service and Sales Representative - AT&T

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth from the comfort of their own home. This is a full-time remote position (40 hours/week) that offers a competitive salary range of $16.20 to $18.87 per hour, with additional compensation up to $3000 a month for meeting sales goals and performance expectations. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing a broad range of customer inquiries, including collections, retention, sales channel coordination, billing, and advanced technical support
• Use creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services
• Meet monthly sales goals and deliver an outstanding customer experience
• Work a set schedule, including breaks, lunches, and scheduled open time to ensure availability to answer customer calls

Requirements:

• Call center or customer service experience
• Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, including day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours
• Verified internet service and an established dedicated work area that meets WFH standards
• Availability, accessibility, and accountability to work during established work schedules and shifts
