• Engage with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms, addressing their concerns and providing solutions. * Research and problem-solve to resolve customer issues, following up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. * Go above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. **Qualifications:**
• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment

• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license
