- Address global customer queries related to content, product navigation, and account administration
- Deliver professional-level support to retain customers and enhance loyalty
- Multitask and resolve customer concerns while maintaining superior service levels
- Collaborate with other departments to efficiently handle escalated issues
Skills
- High proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese or Japanese for both written and verbal communication
- Fluency in English for both written and verbal communication
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship building
- Ability to effectively handle challenging customer inquiries
- Experience in a contact center or customer service environment
- Salesforce experience is a plus
- College degree or equivalent work experience desired
- Previous research experience is desired
- Fluency in additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Japanese, Italian, or Russian
