Responsibilities
- Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to identify their needs for vehicle purchases
- Utilize knowledge of the employer's inventory to guide customers toward suitable vehicles
- Assist customers throughout the car buying journey, from online sales to vehicle delivery
- Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to enhance customer service
- Mentor new team members as skills and expertise expand
Skills
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
- Strong listening skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
- High level of self-motivation to meet performance goals
- Must reside in Wisconsin and be within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center
- Experience in a high-energy sales environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn and master new technologies
- Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willingness to adapt to changing schedules twice a year based on business needs
