Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an airport or airline environment
  • Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
